Who we are
NadeIQ (this website) is run by Przemysław Radko, who is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at [email protected] orthrough the feedback form.
In short: there are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The only personal data we collect on purpose is what you send us in a report, and content from other companies loads only if you agree to it.
Browsing the site
You can use NadeIQ without an account and without telling us who you are. Like every web server, ours receives your IP address, browser (user agent) and the address of the page you open. The server writes them to technical logs used to run the site and keep it secure (for example to spot attacks), and keeps those logs only for a limited time. We do not use them to profile you.
Reports and messages
When you send something through the feedback form, we store:
- what it is about (a lineup, a group, a site bug, a general message or a partnership), the lineup or group and the reason you picked;
- your message;
- your contact (email, Discord or anything you type), only if you give one;
- the date, your IP address and your browser (user agent).
We use this to fix the lineup or the bug you reported, to answer you when you left a contact, and to protect the form from spam and abuse (each connection can send a limited number of reports per hour). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site and keeping it safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); for your contact details it is also your request to be answered (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The IP address and browser are deleted automatically 30 days after the report is sent. The rest of the report is kept while we need it to handle the report and to keep the lineups accurate; you can ask us to delete it at any time. Daily backups of our database hold copies of reports for up to 14 days, so deleted data is gone from them within that time.
Bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs in your browser and sends Cloudflare technical data about it (such as your IP address and browser characteristics). Cloudflare processes it under its own privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy addendum. Turnstile is loaded only on the feedback page, as it is needed to keep the form secure.
Cookies and settings in your browser
Your settings stay in your browser and are not sent to us, apart from the cookies below, which the server needs to show the page in your language, theme and map setup straight away. They are strictly necessary for features you ask for, so they do not need your consent. We use no other cookies: no analytics, advertising or tracking.
| Name | Kind | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
nadeiq_locale | cookie | the language you picked | about 1 year |
nadeiq_theme | cookie | light or dark theme, if you picked one | 1 year |
nadeiq_map | cookie | how maps open (grenades, markers, side, marker size) | 1 year |
nadeiq_consent | cookie | your choice in the cookie notice and when you made it | 6 months, then we ask again |
| crosshair, video and motion settings | local storage | your crosshair, video and animation settings | until you clear them |
The site's administrators also get a sign-in cookie (nadeiq_session) and a draft view cookie (nadeiq_view); visitors never do.
Your consent to external content
A lineup can show the FACEIT player seen throwing it. Their avatar is loaded from FACEIT's servers, which then see your IP address, so it loads only if you allow external content in the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); without it, the player's initial is shown instead. You can withdraw or give consent at any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer or on the settings page; withdrawing does not affect what was loaded before. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and do not ask.
Other services your browser contacts
- Videos and images of the lineups are served from our storage through Cloudflare's network.
- FACEIT's servers, for player avatars, only with your consent (see above).
- Fonts are served by NadeIQ itself; we do not use Google Fonts or any other font service.
Who else gets the data
We do not sell or share your data for advertising. It is processed for us by the providers that host the site and store its data (such as Cloudflare and our server hosting provider), only as far as they need to provide their service. Some of them, such as Cloudflare, may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us at [email protected] orthrough the feedback form; to find your report, tell us roughly when you sent it and what it said. You may also complain to a data protection authority, in particular where you live or work (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
Children
NadeIQ is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes; the date at the top shows the last change.
